Words, Words, and Words

I am back from being gone almost a month with a family medical emergency with my Dad. He has Alzeimers. If you have never dealt with this disease it is the disturbing to the care takers.

I read this while I was away, this is from Jay Conrad Levinson, the Guerrilla Marketing author.

a.. The six most important words in business: "I admit that I was wrong."

b.. The five most important words in business: "You did a great job."

c.. The four most important words in business: "What do you think?"

d.. The three most important words in business: "Could you please..."

e.. The two most important words in business: "Thank you."

f.. The one most important word in business: "We."
